On booking the War Memorial Hall you are entering into an agreement with our committee, accepting responsibility for ensuring all the conditions for hire (below) are met. We reserve the right to amend/cancel any booking and additional fees will be charged if the following conditions are insufficiently upheld. Please CLICK HERE to view our full user agreement. The cost to book either hall is a flat rate of £20 per hour.
The cost to book the Meeting Room is £7.50 per hour
Please choose how many hours you need for your booking. This should include any set up or tidy up time that your booking needs.
Once you have selected, you will then have the option to pick from either the Old Hall or the New Hall.
If you wish to use the garden or the large kitchen, please make sure that you book the New Hall.
If you wish to have exclusive use of the entire Memorial Hall you must book both halls.
If you are a private booking, for say a party, you will need to pay via credit or debit card at the time of your booking
If you are a booking for a village group, once we have received your regular booking, you will be given 48 hours to pay by BACS to secure your slot (details can found in your confirmation email, please ensure that your bank reference contains the date and name of your booking).
